2024 Chardonnay

2024 Cabernet Franc

Strey Cellars (A New Staple) ON TAP and available by the glass. This white wine blend is 50% Chardonnay, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Viognier and 10% Gewurztraminer equals 100% Strey. Blended for balance, the bright pear and sweet floral characteristics pop a refreshing finish. Pair with sunshine and a smile between friends.

Sparkling Blanc De Blanc
Strey Cellars (Available During Ownership Transitions) crafted in house in the traditional method champenoise and carefully riddled on wooden racks. It’s then meticulously disgorged, dosaged, and bottled by hand. This sparkling wine has notes of toasted brioche and smooth pear.
